    I've been waiting too long

    I'm in the second week of waiting for my order to be sent, the service doesn't warn me that I'm missing something, I have to contact them, they tell me I can replace it with other products and advise me, I reply that I want to replace it, they ignore me so I choose something else, no reply and the next week it's as if I hadn't replied, they send me the same message again with the exchange or refund options, I reply directly and they ignore me again!!!!!! IF THE CHIEF COULD CONTACT ME thank you, so no opinion since I haven't received anything it's good quality but the service is bad I've never seen that don't do promotions if you don't know how to handle them
