My latest order arrived in a half-open envelope at a pickup location instead of my home address, so it smelled terrible, and it was a week late compared to what the website said!!! On top of that, there were no freebies or samples—I’m really disappointed this time. I think I’ll order again, but I hope this isn’t the last time.

I don't understand the point of giving "gifts" like this... Bland and dry as a day without water! I understand the need to get rid of stock before restocking. But next time, throw it away yourself.
